Brenda leads the people side of JLM Environmental—building a team that’s trained, supported, and proud of the work they do. From hiring and onboarding to safety training and certifications, she makes sure every employee has what they need to do the job safely and well.

As a family-run business, relationships matter. Brenda keeps communication clear, policies compliant, and culture strong— coordinating with field teams, the lab, and scheduling so everyone stays aligned and taken care of.

Today, more than a decade later, Brenda continues to shape JLM into a place people trust—from the homeowners we serve to the teammates who serve them—grounded in safety, honesty, and care.
